By using Ram Fin-Corp’s services (hereinafter referred to as “Ram Fin-Corp,” which includes its affiliates, successors, and assigns as applicable), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which may be updated, modified, or replaced by TheBankBazar periodically. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Service, apply to all loans provided.
This agreement (the “Terms”) is between you and Ram Fin-Corp, whose principal office is located at Unit 1241A, 12th Floor, Gaur City Mall, Greater Noida West, Sector 4, Uttar Pradesh, 201301. It governs your use of Ram Fin-Corp’s proprietary risk evaluation and measurement software system (“Ram Fin-Corp“) and the services described herein (“Service”).
Additional terms may apply to specific Services, such as those related to particular events, promotions, or special arrangements. These supplemental terms will be communicated to you for the relevant Service(s). They will be considered part of these Terms for the applicable Service(s). In case of any conflict between supplemental or amended terms and these Terms, the supplemental or amended terms will take precedence for the specific Services involved.
Ram Fin-Corp reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion. Unless stated otherwise, changes will take effect when Ram Fin-Corp posts the updated Terms or any amended policies or supplemental terms on the relevant Service(s). By continuing to access or use the Services after such updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
Ram Fin-Corp may approve or continue to provide a loan to a borrower if the following conditions are met. If you are an individual, you must be at least 18 years old. If you represent a non-individual entity, you must have the proper authorization from that entity to agree to these Terms.
To register an account, you must provide certain information, including your name, address, mobile phone number, age, and any unique identifier issued by Ram Fin-Corp.
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in your account. Failure to do so may hinder your access to Ram Fin-Corp’s systems and services, or result in the termination of this agreement by Ram Fin-Corp.
You are fully responsible for all activities under your account and must keep your account username and password secure and confidential at all times.
Unless otherwise authorized in writing by Ram Fin-Corp, you are permitted to operate only one account. You acknowledge that any misuse of your account not attributable to Ram Fin-Corp will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for any resulting consequences.
By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the use of any information provided during account setup in accordance with Ram Fin-Corp’s privacy policy, which is considered part of these Terms.
The Service provides access to the Ram Fin-Corp System, which includes verifying the information you provide on the Ram Fin-Corp portal and assessing your creditworthiness. Subject to Ram Fin-Corp’s sole and absolute discretion, you may be able to submit a Credit Facility Application for a short-term credit facility (“Advance”) to a licensed entity partnered with Ram Fin-Corp (“Ram Fin-Corp Partner“) and use other functionalities of the Ram Fin-Corp System as permitted. Ram Fin-Corp is not obligated to disclose its assessment of your creditworthiness to you, your nominees, heirs, or successors.
You understand that Ram Fin-Corp allows you to submit a Credit Facility Application based on its proprietary systems, formats, methodologies, and algorithms in Ram Fin-Corp systems only.
The Ram Fin-Corp System dynamically evaluates the risk associated with each Credit Facility Application based on factors such as the Advance amount, credit eligibility criteria, and other requirements set by the Ram Fin-Corp Partner. Each Credit Facility Application may be evaluated separately. Due to the dynamic nature of these assessments, there is no guarantee that Ram Fin-Corp will allow you to submit a Credit Facility Application for every Advance you seek.
You agree that Ram Fin-Corp or a Ram Fin-Corp Partner may, at their discretion and through authorized agents or agencies, verify the information provided, check credit references, review employment details, and obtain credit reports to assess creditworthiness. The Service does not guarantee that the Advance you seek will be disbursed by the Ram Fin-Corp Partner. Ram Fin-Corp will make a preliminary determination of your creditworthiness and forward this determination to the Ram Fin-Corp Partner. The final decision to grant the Advance rests with the Ram Fin-Corp Partner, which will use its own credit decision processes and methodologies. The Ram Fin-Corp Partner may reject any recommendation from Ram Fin-Corp regarding your Credit Facility Application or Advance.
Before granting an Advance, the Ram Fin-Corp Partner may require you to submit additional documentation and information as required by applicable laws and internal policies. If the Ram Fin-Corp Partner decides to approve the Advance, you will need to execute a loan or credit facility agreement (“Loan Documentation”) to formalize the terms of the arrangement.
You are required to repay the Advance, along with all applicable interest, charges, and fees, to the Ram Fin-Corp Partner as specified by them and when they become due. Ram Fin-Corp’s services are solely focused on connecting you with credit providers. Once you are connected to the Ram Fin-Corp Partner or the credit provider, Ram Fin-Corp’s role and services are considered complete.
You acknowledge that an Advance provided under the Loan Documentation constitutes a separate transaction between you and the Ram Fin-Corp Partner, independent of Ram Fin-Corp’s services. Any disputes regarding the Advance must be resolved directly between you and the Ram Fin-Corp Partner. You agree not to involve Ram Fin-Corp in such disputes. If you attempt to do so, Ram Fin-Corp reserves the right to take any actions necessary to protect its interests.
You agree to allow Ram Fin-Corp to send you payment reminders periodically, in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, you authorize Ram Fin-Corp to use (a) any User Generated Content and/or (b) other information you have provided access to, for the purpose of sending payment reminders to you or to others who can be contacted through you. This includes contacting individuals who may not be users of the Ram Fin-Corp System, as permitted by law.
You explicitly permit Ram Fin-Corp to use any information you provide or generate for its collections agency services, in relation to: (a) any credit facility you have obtained from a credit issuing entity, regardless of whether Ram Fin-Corp was involved in facilitating that credit facility; or (b) any credit facility obtained by a third party from a credit issuing agency, if Ram Fin-Corp’s analysis suggests that the information you provided can help contact such a person. This may involve either (i) deriving contact information for the third party from your provided information and contacting them directly, or (ii) reaching out to you to request contact information for the third party or to ask you to inform the third party that Ram Fin-Corp is trying to reach them.
You are responsible for securing the data network access needed to use the Services. Any data usage rates and fees imposed by your internet or mobile network provider will apply if you access the Services from a wireless-enabled device. Additionally, you must acquire and maintain compatible hardware or devices necessary to access and use the Services and Ram Fin-Corp Systems, including any updates. Ram Fin-Corp does not guarantee that the Services will function on any specific hardware or device. Moreover, the Services may experience delays or interruptions due to the use of the Internet and electronic communications.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ram Fin-Corp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license in India to:

You understand that all User Generated Content, as permitted by the Ram Fin-Corp System, is solely the responsibility of the individual from whom it originated. This means you are entirely responsible for any User Generated Content you upload, download, post, email, transmit, store, or otherwise make available through your use of the Service. Ram Fin-Corp does not control, nor does it guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of User Generated Content. Your use of the Service and any User Generated Content is at your own risk.
“User Generated Content” includes any information generated or encountered through your use of the Service, such as data files, device characteristics, written text, software, music, graphics, photographs, images, sounds, videos, messages, and similar materials.
You must not use the Services to upload, download, post, email, transmit, store, or otherwise make available any User Generated Content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, harmful, tortious, defamatory, libelous, abusive, violent, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
You are responsible for backing up any important documents, images, or other User Generated Content that you store or access via the Service on your own computer or device. While Ram Fin-Corp will use reasonable skill and care in providing the Service, it does not guarantee or warrant that any User Generated Content stored or accessed through the Service will be free from inadvertent damage, corruption, or loss.
You acknowledge and understand that transmitting information over the internet inherently involves certain risks. By entering into this agreement, you have opted to use the security measures provided by Ram Fin-Corp, despite the availability of other security options. While Ram Fin-Corp employs industry-standard security measures to protect the Service from viruses and malicious attacks, it does not guarantee that the Service will be free from loss, corruption, attacks, viruses, interference, hacking, or other security breaches. Ram Fin-Corp disclaims any liability for such issues to the extent they occur despite the use of its security measures.
Ram Fin-Corp warrants that, during the term of this agreement, it will implement commercially reasonable security measures. Except as expressly stated in this section, Ram Fin-Corp makes no representation or warranty regarding the effectiveness of its security measures. Neither Ram Fin-Corp nor its affiliates will be liable for breaches of security or system integrity unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of its employees.
The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Ram Fin-Corp is not responsible for any failures in telecommunications networks or other communication links used to access the Services. There is no guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or operate without interruption or errors.
You also acknowledge that the Service is not intended for use in situations where failure, delays, errors, or inaccuracies could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage. Ram Fin-Corp and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors disclaim all other conditions, representations, and warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, error-free operation, or non-infringement, except as explicitly provided in this limited warranty. Specifically, Ram Fin-Corp does not warrant that (i) the Service will meet your requirements, or (ii) your use of the Service will be timely, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
During your interactions with Ram Fin-Corp, both parties may exchange and provide access to confidential and proprietary information (“Confidential Information”). This Confidential Information may be shared orally, visually, in writing (including graphic materials), or through physical items. The receiving party agrees to implement reasonable security measures, at least as stringent as those used to protect its own confidential information, to safeguard the Confidential Information. Disclosure of Confidential Information will be limited to those with a need to know.
Except as otherwise specified, both parties agree to keep the Confidential Information confidential and will not disclose it, directly or indirectly, to any third party, organization, or entity for any purpose without the prior written consent of the disclosing party. The Confidential Information shall not be used for any purpose other than that for which it was disclosed.
Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to, information related to the Services, documentation, third-party materials, business plans, forecasts, financial data, customer lists, development and design details, specifications, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, proprietary methods, techniques, sketches, drawings, models, inventions, know-how, processes, algorithms, software programs, and source code.
You acknowledge and accept that your access to and use of the Services is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ram Fin-Corp and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, consequential, or other damages arising from or related to the Services. These include, but are not limited to, loss of profits, data loss, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether the liability is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether Ram Fin-Corp has been informed of the possibility of such damages. The liability limitations outlined herein are fundamental elements of this agreement and the terms that permit you to use the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ram Fin-Corp, along with its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, debts, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:
Your indemnification obligations under this Section 8 will continue to apply even after the termination of this Agreement and after you cease using the Services.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of certain information about you and your use of the Service, in accordance with Ram Fin-Corp’s Privacy Policy and these Terms. The Privacy Policy governs all information collected under these Terms. You also acknowledge and agree that this information may be transferred to other countries for storage, processing, and use by Ram Fin-Corp, its affiliates, and/or their service providers, in compliance with applicable laws.
All notices and communications required under this Agreement must be in writing and will be considered given upon receipt if sent through:

If any term, condition, or provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that term, condition, or provision will be severed. The remaining terms, conditions, and provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No waiver of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any prior, concurrent, or subsequent breach of the same or any other provisions. Additionally, a waiver will only be effective if it is made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the waiving party.
Ram Fin-Corp will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing the Services if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to strikes, riots, fires, floods, natural disasters, or other similar events.
The user acknowledges and agrees that Ram Fin-Corp, as an aggregator, may share leads with partnered brands related to credit cards and other financial products once the user expresses interest in the service. The user also consents to receive communications via calls, SMS, emails, or other methods from partnered banks and other financial institutions regarding credit cards and other financial services. These partnered brands have the authority to contact the user to assist with service approval based on eligibility. Financial institutions and banks may retain and use your information as needed. By providing your contact details, you agree to receive all information, reports, statements, and announcements through the communication methods you have provided.
These Terms, along with any supplementary terms or appendices prescribed by Ram Fin-Corp or Ram Fin-Corp Loan Partner, constitute the complete agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter. Any additions to or modifications of these Terms, or any other written or oral agreements between the parties, will have no effect unless explicitly agreed to or acknowledged in writing by Ram Fin-Corp.
Ram Fin-Corp addresses the fundamental need for fast, convenient, and transparent access to credit in India. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms and Conditions. Ram Fin-Corp will not be liable for notifying you of any updates or modifications.
